Full-Time Junior Automation Engineer

• Automation Design & Development: Designs, develops, and maintains automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Typescript, etc.)
• Integration & Execution: Collaborates with senior engineers to integrate software solutions into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Quality Collaboration & Defect Resolution: Investigates and debugs test failures, providing detailed reports and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues promptly. Works with the Test Architect to design and implement the Automation framework.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and manual test engineers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Participates in agile ceremonies like scrum meetings, sprint planning, and project retrospectives, and provide feedback. Executes end-to-end test scenarios manually as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA automation or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript
• Willingness to learn and work with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Jmeter,JUnit, TestNG)
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and collaboration skills
• Must be flexible to support US hours meetings
• Accustomed to Agile Development
