Tasks
Your responsibilities
As a Procurement Data Analyst at kiresult, you'll be responsible for transforming procurement data into actionable insights that support our customers' strategic procurement initiatives. You'll work directly with our clients to understand their needs and bring clarity and transparency to their procurement spending. You will take full responsibility for implementing our SaaS solution with new clients and ensure client success.
- You work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and requirements and translate them into analytical insights.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Excel and Python to enable timely and precise analyses.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, supply chain improvements, and other efficiency gains in procurement.
- Support clients in interpreting analysis results and guiding them toward data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
What you bring
- Experience in procurement: 1-3 years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain with an understanding of procurement processes, category management, and supplier management. Alternatively, experience in a related consulting role.
- Technical competencies: Experience with Python and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience working with (financial) data from ERP systems like SAP or Navision is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
- Analytical mindset: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Language skills in German and English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential for effective interaction with our diverse clients and team members.
- Experience with customer contact: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their business needs and challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Problem-solving: A proactive mindset with a knack for finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Team player: Strong teamwork skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
