Job Summary: We seek a proactive Junior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role focuses on developing financial models, driving budgeting and forecasting, monitoring KPIs, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models for new projects (SaaS, IT, marketing).
- Drive budgeting and forecasting for financial stability and growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare financial and management reports with strategic recommendations.
- Partner with managers to set KPIs and align business goals with financial objectives.
- Automate reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in financial analysis (IT or SaaS preferred).
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset.
