Full-Time Junior Financial Research Associate

This role supports senior research team members in key tasks including: answering client emails, analyzing data trends, and delivering custom data via SQL/Python. Responsibilities:Support high-impact work by helping Research Analysts analyze financial models, identify trends, and convey takeaways to clients. Work with large datasets to answer client questions. Learn proprietary methods for data accuracy and insights. Become a trusted resource for internal stakeholders and sector teams. Contribute to data deliverables, custom analysis, or data reports. Improve products and increase coverage by maintaining product integrity and completing deliverables. Sharpen SQL and Python skills. Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in financial banking or investment research. Understanding of business fundamentals. Experience as a research or data analyst, ideally with SQL exposure. Strong attention to detail, methodical problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with internal teams across time zones.
