Full-Time Junior Network Architect

RRD is seeking a Junior Network Architect to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise network solutions. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of the organization’s network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support to Network Engineering and operations team.
• Architect and lead deployments for secure, resilient LAN/WAN environments using Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba technologies.
• Manage existing Netscaler environment and conduct training.
• Work with data architecture and physical infrastructure teams to align architectures.
• Collaborate with customers and business analysts to define architectures and identify problem areas.
• Provide direction and mentoring to the team.
• Document infrastructure and change control according to compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Evaluate new technologies for improving network performance and security.
• Maintain diagrams, documentation, and inventories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in planning/architecture development and support.
• Expertise in networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs, SDWAN, Palo Alto Firewalls, SolarWinds, Citrix NetScaler, DUO, Cisco and HPE/Aruba.
• Knowledge of system analysis and design techniques.
• Experience with technical architecture and information systems.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Cisco or Palo Alto certification preferred.
