Full-Time Junior Operations Manager

Perform daily operational tasks to sustainably and strategically manage EU Retail inventory (B2C).

Work closely with international colleagues from sales, operations, and pricing to solve and process operational requests.

Produce and work with basic reporting related to internal processes.

Support the growth of new projects by performing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.

Suggest innovative ideas for process improvements.

Assess and ensure price management processes are working as expected.

Bachelor's degree and initial practical work experience, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment.

Fast-adapting personality with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Motivated to contribute your own ideas and approaches to solutions.

Very good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets required; beginner SQL knowledge is a plus.

Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.

Working from home within Germany: you can work from home up to 5 days a week.
