Full-Time Junior QA Engineer

We are seeking a talented Junior QA Engineer to join our team. You have the option to work from our Thessaloniki or Athens office, or remotely.

Tasks:

• Analyze requirements and translate them into clear, structured test cases.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and system engineers to ensure software quality.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, usability, and overall quality of applications.
• Document and report test results, defects, and improvement suggestions using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and assess system stability under load.
• Perform basic security testing using OWASP ZAP to detect vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and practices.
• Stay curious and proactive in learning about QA methodologies, performance testing techniques, and OWASP security principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, SoapUI, and JMeter.
• Exposure to security testing concepts, with hands-on experience using OWASP ZAP.
• Interest in cybersecurity and a proactive mindset toward identifying vulnerabilities.
