Full-Time Junior QA Specialist

We are not looking for an ordinary bug finder, we are seeking a valuable team member, exceeding a tester's role.

Tech Stack: React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript.

Projects: Working with startups (MVPs), offering diverse and challenging projects to craft innovative solutions.

Testing Focus: Primarily manual testing; API, acceptance, and end-to-end testing prioritized.

Requirements: Quality-oriented, willing to act, 3-9 months commercial experience, knowledge of Agile, and experience in exploratory testing.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in designing and implementing business applications.
• Performing manual testing, building test scenarios, and reporting bugs.
• Close collaboration with developers, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and designers.
• Focusing on quality-oriented testing practices.
• Executing test cases with precision and detail, diligently checking each step, and documenting differences.

Skills and Experience:

• 3-9 months QA experience in agile teams.
• Experience in exploratory testing.
• SQL basics and relational database familiarity.
• Jira/agile project management tools experience.
• Basic API and browser dev-tools knowledge.

Soft Skills:

• Strong English (B2+), excellent Polish (C1).
• Strong learning aptitude, problem-solving, communication skills, and challenge-acceptance.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused approach to software development, and openness to new ideas.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Active solution-seeking, independent work with the ability to ask for help when needed.

Nice to Have:

• ISTQB/ISEB certificate.
• UI/UX imperfections spotting experience.
• Client cooperation experience.
