Junior RFP Data Analyst Responsibilities:
Collect and maintain responses to RFPs.
Assist senior RFP writer in preparing RFP response sections.
Create and maintain a database for storing and validating previous responses.
Ensure consistent tone and content matching the RFP.
Use standard/approved proposal language according to company policy.
Follow up with team members for feedback and revisions.
Ensure proposal development stays on schedule.
Work with internal stakeholders to keep data and responses updated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance (desired).
- 1-2 years of experience in RFP writing for financial services.
- Qvidian/Upland experience a plus.
