About the Role:We’re looking for a smart and driven Junior Risk Analyst to join our Risk team. You don’t need years of experience — just strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast in a data-driven fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with risk analysis, reporting, and monitoring
- Learn how credit and fraud risk is managed in a BNPL product
- Run queries, analyze trends, and help improve risk processes
- Collaborate with Data, Product, and Operations to understand business needs
- Contribute to experimentation and testing of risk policies
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 0–1 years of experience
- Strong interest in data and risk analytics
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau
- Organized, curious, and eager to solve problems
- Good communication skills and team spirit
