Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency specializing in 360 campaigns for entertainment, games, and consumer brands. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first campaigns with innovative strategy and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing TV & streaming division. In this role, you'll manage social media campaigns for a high-profile broadcast TV brand, driving engagement and innovation across different platforms.
What are we looking for?
- Experience developing social strategies, building content calendars, conceptualizing creative assets, crafting compelling copy, and engaging with audiences.
- 1+ year experience working within the social media space, preferably in an agency environment
- Experience managing and posting content across major social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok) with strong understanding of best practices.
- Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV
- Excellent command of English, strong copywriting skills, and ability to master in-world voice and tones.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST
Skills Required:
- Communication: Write creative copy, adjust voice/tone, generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on social media channels.
- Social listening for assigned titles
- Analytics: Produce engaging content through research, produce regular reports on social sentiment.
- Business: Participate in campaigns brainstorms, oversee editorial calendars, and content rollouts. Facilitate community management by monitoring conversations, responding to comments and messages, and fostering engagement, maintaining brand voice.
