Job Details
Spotware Systems Ltd is seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team and support our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage consistent posting across all social media channels using Sprout Social.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control of all published content.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage influencer and KOL collaborations ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and scheduled posts.
- Issue and track design/video requests, guaranteeing timely delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance, and optimize posting strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in social media operations or content coordination.
- Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using AI as a core part of daily work.
- Experience managing regional social media accounts and influencer collaborations is a plus.
