Contractor Languages Generalist Editor

Languages Generalist Editor role focuses on creating high-quality language learning resources. You'll collaborate with the content team to edit, review, and publish content, ensuring it meets EP's design and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Building, editing, and peer-checking Language content to match standards.
• Managing graphic design requests and applications with Project & Design teams.
• Collaborating on Language content initiatives, supporting the Senior Quality Editor & Global Languages Lead with publishing and learning pathway management.
• Handling operational tasks like audio/media management and teacher documentation editing.
• Updating and maintaining Language content based on feedback.
• Responding to Language-specific content queries/fixes from teachers and EP staff.

Qualifications and Skills include:

• Proven subject matter expertise in language teaching (Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Indonesian, EAL).
• Understanding of pedagogy and instructional design.
• Strong attention to detail for instructional design.
• Ability to provide training and feedback to content team members.
• Effective communication and professional relationships with teams.
• Team player skills, multi-tasking, adaptability, and agile approach.
• Excellent time management, written English, grammar, and spelling.
• Relevant experience in editing, publishing, or digital content creation.
