Full-Time Lantern Cancer Care Analyst

The Lantern Cancer Care Analyst will acquire, gather, and interpret complex data to drive process improvements and keep internal stakeholders and external clients informed on LCC program performance. This individual must be an astute, analytical, and highly motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze client data, run quantitative analyses, and develop savings analysis.
• Assist with gathering and documenting RFP responses
• Work with LCC leadership to create and execute on process enhancements
• Create, maintain, and distribute process workflows and documents
• Monitor business performance, presenting insights and trends
• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
• Maintain and manage repository of reports and dashboards
• Take responsibility for analytical projects from intake to completion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred)
• 2+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed expectations
• Passionate about learning and professional/career development
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship development, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle questions and objections
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• High proficiency in MS Office products (Vision, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with data query/data management tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
