Your Role:
As the Lead AI Copywriter, you will spearhead our copy creation efforts, utilizing AI tools to produce high-quality, persuasive copy that captivates and converts. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s voice and narrative, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms.
Your Toolkit:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of all copy initiatives to improve key metrics including CTA, CPC, and CPL.
AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance copywriting processes and outcomes.
Creative Excellence: Produce and oversee the creation of engaging copy for various platforms (from email to landing pages), maintaining our brand’s unique voice.
Marketing Insight: Strong understanding of marketing principles and trends, producing copy that shows an understanding of our buyer persona’s, USP’s and handles objections.
Data-Driven Insights: Proactively utilize data and analytics to refine and optimize content, ensuring maximum impact and performance.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Quality Assurance: Review and refine all content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
Experience: 4-5 years in copy-focussed or marketing roles, including experience managing a team , with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Expertise: Strong understanding of AI tools and their ability to enhance copywriting.
Portfolio: An impressive portfolio showcasing your ability to craft compelling and effective copy.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing marketing-focussed teams.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive content strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
Tech Savvy: you may not be a coder, but you should be up to date with the latest trends and proactive in finding technologies that can elevate yourself and your team’s work.
