Full-Time Lead Animal Welfare Auditor

We are expanding our Business Assurance team, conducting dairy farm audits. We seek a colleague with strong agriculture and dairy farming knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with animal welfare, hygiene, and milk quality programs.
• Manage clear and consistent communication with clients.
• Plan and manage your audit schedule.
• Manage a team of auditors and facilitate coaching and training.
• Travel regularly, with occasional overnight stays.

Essential Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in agriculture, especially dairy farming.
• Solid understanding of animal welfare.
• Post-secondary education in agriculture or related field.
• Strong communication skills to share knowledge respectfully.
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Driving license.
• Good IT skills and comfort with digital tools.

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous experience in leadership/management.
• Previous experience in auditing or inspection.
