The Role: This role will work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, Creative Team, Retention Team, and Digital Team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. The Lead Copywriter will be responsible for both writing and editing compelling copy across various platforms.

Responsibilities
- Support writing key strategic messaging concepts.
- Lead narrative and storytelling for consistent voice across channels.
- Lead product naming and packaging copy (regulatory compliant).
- Write and edit email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
- Create product & brand one-sheet messaging.
- Write and edit blog content (collaborating with herbalists).
- Write copy for digital, IRL, and print collateral.
- Apply brand bible guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Drive brilliance in ideas, craft, and strategy.
- Champion the brand and style guide.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Leverage consumer and cultural insights.
- Define brand architecture and messaging pillars.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Lead brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor campaign performance (engagement, conversion, sentiment).
- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback.
- Mentor and develop junior talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in copywriting, brand strategy, and creative development.
- Proven success in DTC, email, social media, and emerging platforms.
- Experience influencing strategic, brand-focused ideas.
- Experience supporting high-growth consumer goods businesses.
- Exceptional timeliness and accuracy.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Passion for wellness and herbal medicine.
Time and Location: Full-time and fully remote role. Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
