Content Copywriter
Role Summary: The UX Copywriter will craft user-centric, persuasive copy to guide prospects through digital experiences. Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other teams, this role will enhance usability and improve conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, concise, engaging microcopy for digital interfaces (buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows).
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure content aligns with user journeys and design objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Optimize copy for readability and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
- Perform A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
- Edit and proofread UX content.
- Contribute to revenue team initiatives (web, landing pages, social media, marketing campaigns).
- Analyze user behavior and feedback, identifying pain points and crafting solutions.
- Write engaging digital dialogues (chatbots, etc.).
- Collaborate on UX content and brand guidelines.
- Write compelling CTAs and conversion-focused copy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide content recommendations during design reviews.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of UX copywriting experience.
- Excellent writing and editing skills (American English).
- Experience with Figma.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- (Nice to have) Experience in the 401(k) industry.
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (base salary, location-dependent).
