About the Position: The Copywriter will join a team of Customer Experience professionals, playing a key role in the development of clear, compelling, and conversion-focused messaging across digital channels.

You'll collaborate with art directors, designers, performance marketers, and strategists.

This is a hands-on role where you'll write paid ads, landing pages, etc., bringing clarity, emotion, and purpose to every word.

You’ll integrate AI tools to boost inspiration and efficiency.

Your Impact:

• Performance Copywriting: Craft conversion-focused copy for social ads, banners, landing pages, websites, emails, video scripts.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Use generative AI tools for idea generation, first drafts, research, and inspiration.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with art directors, designers, and marketing strategists.
• Audience Research & Strategy: Dive deep into target audiences and behavioral triggers.
• Editing & QA: Edit and proofread work to maintain clarity and alignment.
• Creative Strategy Support: Contribute to internal training and thought leadership.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting (agency experience preferred)
• Online portfolio showcasing digital copywriting
• Strong understanding of performance marketing channels
• Ability to write clear, concise, and conversion-focused copy
• Experience integrating generative AI tools
• Understanding of creative impact on KPIs
• Detail-oriented editing and proofreading skills
• Collaborative and clear communicator
