Lead Data Analyst, Operations & Fulfillment
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will leverage analytics to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation in Hims & Hers' operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor junior analysts and build a high-performance analytics team.
- Design and implement scalable platforms and processes for data-driven decisions across business lines.
- Tackle complex problems, derive actionable insights, and present conclusions to stakeholders.
- Establish and measure KPIs aligned with throughput and business outcomes.
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities through experiments and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively seek strategic opportunities influencing executive-level decisions.
- Uncover growth opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to define and execute data-driven strategies.
- Create high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights for executive-level consumption.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience in data engineering, business intelligence, operations, or analytics, with a focus on fulfillment and operational excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, and intermediate-to-advanced experience in R or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Looker, Google BigQuery, and DBT.
- Exceptional ability to design and execute complex analysis projects.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong ability to contextualize data insights within the business landscape.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (MS).
- Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA/PHI compliance.
- Knowledge of operational KPIs and best practices in fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain.
- Proficient understanding of statistical analysis, data science concepts, and experimentation.
- Experience with DBT and implementing modeling data best practices.
Compensation
Salary range: $155,000 - $190,000 USD
