Full-Time Lead Data Engineer

We are seeking Data Engineers with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of client's business requirements to deliver strategic data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the design and development of data models and advanced Power BI dashboards for actionable insights for senior business stakeholders.
• Drive implementation and optimization of complex data models in Power BI, leveraging Medallion architecture principles (bronze, silver, gold layers).
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and alignment with client expectations and objectives.
• Establish and enforce best practices in data engineering for high-quality, reliable, and scalable data solutions.
• Proactively communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Facilitate high-level stakeholder conversations, translating technical concepts into business value and managing expectations.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Proven leadership skills, managing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake and Power BI, including dashboard development and optimization.
• Deep expertise in medallion data architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX calculations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
