Full-Time Lead Product Analyst Growth

What You'll Be Doing

• Empowering the team with actionable insights about users and their behavior, supporting business growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Sharing findings, insights, and recommendations.
• Creating and designing A/B experiments, reports, and dashboards to track progress, analyze results, and provide decision recommendations.
• Standardizing reporting metrics based on key business objectives.
• Monitoring KPIs, flagging performance improvements, and keeping the team informed.
• Partnering with teammates to develop and adapt analytic event definitions, testing frameworks, and segmentation criteria.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to drive alignment and consistency in measurement.
• Identifying technical and strategic gaps in the analytics infrastructure and driving best-in-class solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in product and user behavior analysis for B2C teams, preferably in growth product.
• Expert level experience running product A/B experimentation.
• Proficiency in pulling and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using tools like Python, R, or Excel.
• Proficiency in designing and building dashboards with tools such as Apache Superset, Looker, or Tableau.
• Understanding and excitement in building out optimized tables and views in a Data Warehouse/Marts.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Expert communication skills, including persuasion and inspiring others, breaking down complex concepts, and proactive knowledge sharing.

Bonus Points

• Bottom-up, cohorted subscription revenue experience.
• B2C mobile subscription software or internet company experience.
• Startup experience or experience working at a company that has scaled quickly.
• Experience with dBT, Dataform, Amplitude, Jira, Confluence, Coda, and/or Github.
• Passion for the outdoors.

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 a year
