Full-Time Lead QA Automation Engineer

What You'll Be Working On

• Taking ownership of the entire QA process and ensuring its continuous improvement
• Designing and implementing effective testing strategies and plans
• Performing hands-on manual and automated testing (Python)
• Actively collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes and workflows
• Proactively solving testing-related challenges and ensuring product quality
• Not only distributing tasks but also directly participating in day-to-day testing activities.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

• At least 6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation (Python)
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and motivate the QA Team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• Strong hands-on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic
• Strong experience in performance and load testing
• Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good communication skills in English and Russian
