Full-Time Lead QA Engineer

• UI and regression testing of the ApprovalMax product
• Analyze requirements and discuss tasks with the team
• Develop and maintain test scenarios and checklists
• Create test instructions and documentation
• Analyze test results and provide reports
• Interact with the automation team (web and mobile versions)

• 5+ years of experience in testing
• Experience managing a QA team (hiring, onboarding, training, and development)
• Knowledge of testing theory and methodologies
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
• Understanding of client-server architecture and web application principles
• Experience testing mobile versions
• Experience with Jira / Confluence / CI-CD / Git systems
• Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS / XPath / DevTools
• Experience with ELK systems and Sentry or similar systems
• Experience in forming test document structures
• Experience interacting with autotesting departments
• Experience testing databases and using Postman
• Experience with Charles (Fiddler)
• Ability to generate timely, concise performance reports
• Ability to build team interaction with PMs and developers
• Knowledge of RESTful API architecture and experience running load tests
• Experience automating web on Playwright and mobile versions (plus)
• Experience with Zephyr Scale (plus)
• Experience working in a cross-functional Scrum team
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• B2 English level (written and spoken)
• Portfolio with samples of test cases, bug reports, etc.
