Full-Time Lead QA Engineer- CRM

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer for our CRM team in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution, and reporting.
• Automate test cases and run them in CI.
• Develop approaches for various testing types (integration, performance, etc.).
• Highlight risks and issues to senior management.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers.
• Participate in peer reviews of test artifacts.
• Track testing schedule and progress, and be accountable.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation (test cases, expected results, traceability).
• Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing.
• Analyze bugs to enhance test coverage.
• Seek improvements in test projects, tools, and product quality.
• After 6 months, take on additional managerial responsibilities (managing, mentoring, growing a QA team).
• Lead test initiatives and train the team.
• Manage workload, delegate tasks, and provide estimates.
• Distribute tasks effectively within the QA team.
• Onboard new hires, provide feedback, and guide team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in automation testing (C#/Java).
• Strong experience with OOP.
• Experience with API testing.
• Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (strong Business English required).
• Experience leading QA teams.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or EDI applications/integrations (a plus).
• Experience with Selenium automation on .NET Framework using C# (a plus).
• Experience with CI systems (a plus).
