Full-Time Lead Quantitative Modeler - Multifamily

As a valued contributor, you'll apply strong quantitative modeling expertise to conduct research using public and proprietary data in multifamily mortgage finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in providing innovative solutions for business strategies.
• Conduct quantitative analyses, modeling, or programming using SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
• Coach and mentor team members in data mining and statistical techniques for analytic insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance through quantitative methods.
• Lead modeling projects aligned with company policies and industry practices.
• Develop validation strategies, assess model quality and risk, and interpret model results.
• Communicate technical subject matter effectively to leadership and teams.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of experience developing quantitative models and applying them to solve business problems.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with property valuation models (e.g., repeated transaction index, AVM).
• Knowledge of multifamily or commercial real estate.
