Lead Consultant GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
Job Overview:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a vision for GRC solutions aligned with Cybersecurity business unit growth ambitions.
- Business Development: Build client relationships and identify opportunities to expand GRC services.
- Presales Activities: Support sales team, prepare proposals, and demonstrate GRC solution value to potential clients.
- Project Execution: Execute projects, actively involved in delivery and implementation, in addition to business development and presales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Manager and other experts to ensure cohesive and innovative portfolio strategy.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance in cybersecurity or IT environment.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, DORA).
- Strong background in business development, presales, and project execution.
- Visionary mindset to drive strategic growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for innovation and industry trend awareness.
