Full-Time Learning Analyst

Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Learning Analyst / Admin professional to join our Learning & Development team.

This role combines advanced data analytics with Docebo LMS administration to provide actionable insights that drive training effectiveness and organizational performance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the primary administrator for our Docebo Learning Management System.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning analytics frameworks.
• Build, automate, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards.
• Develop and implement custom learning KPIs.
• Write code for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Configure and optimize Docebo features.
• Create predictive models to identify learning trends.
• Perform statistical analysis on training data.
• Create and manage custom Docebo dashboards.
• Support the creation, uploading, and maintenance of training content.
• Manage training schedules and enrollments.
• Track completion rates of mandatory and role-based training.
• Troubleshoot Docebo technical issues.
• Present data-driven insights to leadership teams.
• Support audit processes by organizing training records.
• Stay current on Docebo updates and learning technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in learning analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of learning analytics.
• Experience designing and implementing KPIs.
• Proficiency with Docebo LMS.
• Strong statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to Have:

• Docebo Power User or Administrator certification.
• ETL experience.
• API integration experience.
• Experience with predictive analytics models.
• Experience with LXP platforms.
