Job Details
Learning Management System Specialist for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP).
This position is still at the proposal stage and is awaiting award.
The FFSP serves active duty and reserve military personnel, family members, and other groups as directed by higher authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, identify trends and furnish statistical analyses and reports.
- Compile installation inputs to recurring reports.
- Establish procedures for accurate data collection and entry into FFSMIS and other databases.
- Input and monitor data collection and reporting.
- Manage shared network drives.
- Provide website development, maintenance, systems administration, and technical support.
- Deliver training to staff on software applications.
- Ensure classroom functionality (Internet and equipment support).
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two years' experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Two years' experience in database management, IT maintenance and support, software application troubleshooting, and helpdesk support.
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience providing Learning Management services.
- Multi-tasking and customer service skills.
- Experience providing information and recommendations to leadership.
- Knowledge of the FFSMIS system (desired, not required).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 (based on several factors)
