Full-Time Legal Nurse Consultant

• Conduct real-time intakes with attorney-clients on critical medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
• Provide the Expert Search team with vital information to research and identify impactful expert witnesses.
• Leverage your expertise in the review of medical records and summaries.
• Assist Expert Search researchers by rigorously reviewing expert feedback on cases.
• Provide crucial insights to determine the optimal expertise fit for medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
• Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to attorney-clients during phone and video case intakes.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and advisory teams to guarantee unparalleled client satisfaction.

• Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge
• 5+ years of clinical experience working in an Emergency Room and/or Critical Care area in a hospital setting is a huge advantage
• 2+ years of experience working with a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting would be beneficial
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A true team player, demonstrating a customer-centric and solutions-oriented attitude
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious performance metrics and goals
• Comfortable in an "office-type" role
