Full-Time Remote Prelicensure Nursing Student Coach

• Provide comprehensive academic support to VN/PN, BSN | MPEN nursing students.
• Conduct individualized coaching sessions focused on content mastery, test-taking strategies, and time management.
• Provide targeted support for at-risk students, improving understanding and application of concepts.
• Conduct proactive tutoring sessions for early preparation before CMS exams.
• Develop and lead CMS Boot Camps to address knowledge gaps and enhance test-taking skills.
• Maintain consistent coaching availability, including one weekend per month.
• Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders to align coaching strategies with student data.
• Track and document student meetings, progress, and outcomes.
• Provide ongoing encouragement and support to students.
• Provide weekly reports to leadership detailing completed sessions and student outcomes.
• Manage upcoming CMS schedules to ensure coaching availability.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) required, RN licensure necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing education or academic support.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical background preferred.
• Expertise in the Content Mastery Series (CMS).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in virtual communication platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
