As a Live Moderation Specialist, assist buyers and sellers during livestream sales, handle inquiries, provide real-time support, and identify community issues.
- Answer live support/moderation bot requests promptly.
- Support new sellers' first live sessions.
- Attend livestreams with ongoing issues or frequent problems.
- Randomly check into livestreams to show support.
- Check product listings to ensure Palmstreet standards.
- Assist with support DMs when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.
- Excellent American English reading/writing skills.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, handling multiple issues.
- Time spent living in the US.
- Courteous, detailed written communication.
- Strong learning ability and initiative.
- Excellent phone app technical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Native English speaking, writing, and listening skills.
- E-commerce platform experience.
- Experience documenting and reporting.
- Interest in plants and/or crafts.
Additional Information:
- Location: Fully Remote
- Job Type: Independent Contractor
- Compensation: $7-$8 USD/hr
- Shifts: Four 10-hour days, Thursday-Sunday (Monday/Tuesday off), 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Mexico time, with a 1-hour lunch.
