Full-Time Loan Origination System Sr. QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Manual Testing, specifically with Loan Origination System (LOS) journey. This role requires someone who is immediately available to join and contribute to our QA team from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed manual testing across multiple platforms and environments to ensure the quality and reliability of the application.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with the development and business teams to understand the project requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Execute regression, functional, and integration testing to verify the end-to-end functionality of personal loan processes within Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Actively participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, providing detailed feedback on testing progress and defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to the best testing practices, standards, and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) journey.
• Experience of working as a tester or in a similar position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including Regression, Sanity, Smoke testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and quickly devise solutions.
• Ability to manage projects independently and take full ownership of the testing process.
• Immediate availability to join is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools would be an advantage.
