Full-Time LTC Business Analyst

Project – the aim you’ll have:

Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Analyzing and defining client’s business requirements and needs
• Preparing and conducting analytical workshops with the client
• Preparing the concept of system solutions to customer requirements
• Creating and maintaining business analysis documentation
• Transferring knowledge to the team implementing a given functional scope and cooperating at the implementation stage (with Product Ower, Architect, UX, Testers)
• Cooperating with the client and coordinating analytical work in the selected area
• Validating the delivered solution
• Managing requirements and changes
• Preparing the scope of offers for clients
• Taking care of the quality of the provided analytical material

Expectations – the experience you need:

• At least 2 years’work experience as an IT systems analyst
• Very good knowledge of UML notation
• Good knowledge of Jira and SharePoint tools
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architect or other modelling tools
• Efficient communication skills with Product Owners and development teams
• Highly developed analytical skills, experience in collecting requirements and change management
• Ability to deal with translating business requirements into IT language
• Inquisitiveness, independence and consistency
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Ability to present the results of work
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Communicative skills, the ability to work in a team and commitment to assigned tasks
• A sense of responsibility for work performed
• Higher technical (e.g. IT) and / or economic education
• Ability to write and speak English at a B2+ level
