Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour to start, with opportunities for higher earnings based on performance. Top performers will have opportunities for rapid pay increases and long-term growth within Verdira.

Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Who Should Apply?: Must be physically located in the United States, Latin America, or Europe. Candidates from LATAM and Europe must have lived or worked significantly in the U.S. market and have clear spoken English. Must be highly efficient and results-driven, capable of making 50+ outbound calls per day. Minimum 2 years of experience in deal sourcing, operations, business development, lead generation, or CRM management. Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and handle objections. Must be highly organized and able to execute quickly without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Owner Outreach: 50+ calls/day engaging business owners in finance & e-commerce. Turn cold leads into warm opportunities. Handle objections & follow-ups to keep deals moving. Track everything in CRM.
  2. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity, seller responses, and deal progress. Use CRM tools to manage workflows and structure follow-ups.
  3. Executive Support: Identify acquisition targets through research. Schedule meetings between executives and qualified sellers. Prepare reports on outreach performance.
  4. Process Ownership: Improve outreach scripts, SOPs, CRM workflows, and deal tracking. Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
