Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour to start, with opportunities for higher earnings based on performance. Earn equity in the deals you source and build long-term upside as you help us close acquisitions.

Who Should Apply? Must be located in the United States, Latin America, or Europe. Candidates from LATAM and Europe must have lived/worked significantly in the U.S. market and have clear professional spoken English. Highly efficient and results-driven, capable of making 50+ outbound calls per day. Minimum 2 years of experience in deal sourcing, operations, business development, lead generation, or CRM management. Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Strong communication skills to engage business owners and handle objections. Highly organized and able to execute without micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Owner Outreach: 50+ calls/day engaging business owners in finance & e-commerce, turn cold leads into warm opportunities, handle objections & follow-ups, track everything in CRM (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity, seller responses, and deal progress. Use CRM tools to manage workflows and structure follow-ups. Own lead engagement.
- Executive Support: Identify acquisition targets, schedule meetings between executives and sellers, prepare reports on outreach performance and key acquisition metrics.
- Process Ownership: Improve outreach scripts, SOPs, CRM workflows, and deal tracking. Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
