Job Details
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to join as a Management Trainee. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in client projects and internal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales and marketing team in achieving business development goals.
- Support recruitment activities for the sales team.
- Help manage post-hiring HR processes.
- Contribute to internal operations.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management and related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Should be able to dedicate full-time hours (8 hours/day).
- Willing to learn and work with new tools and technologies.
- Flexible and open to handling varied tasks across departments.
All candidates will be required to complete a 3–6 month internship before being considered for a full-time position.
