What a Manager, Analytics does: Analyzes data from multiple marketing channels (web, email, media) to find insights and make actionable recommendations. Measures pharmaceutical digital and marketing campaigns, creating client-facing performance reports using easily understandable data storytelling.
Works with a team of Analysts, collaborating with internal experts and stakeholders to create measurement plans, reporting briefs, and performance reports. Serves as the main point of contact for analytics projects, passionate about using measurement to improve client marketing investments.
Participates in planning and identifying KPIs for assigned healthcare brands. Has good knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies, and is familiar with data storytelling. Communicates project status to Directors, addressing concerns and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops easily consumable analytics outputs with actionable insights.
- Creates performance highlight reports and in-depth analyses.
- Contributes to strategic, KPI-based measurement plans.
- Understands ACTICS (EVERSANA's proprietary data and insights platform).
- Understands client business context and goals.
- Builds relationships with subject matter experts and client team members.
- Ensures deliverables are on time, accurate, and compelling.
- Proactively manages expectations and timelines.
- Manages assigned Analysts' projects and provides guidance.
- Prioritizes and manages team deliverables with minimal guidance.
- Adheres to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Completes all other assigned duties.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in an Analytics role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience.
- Agency experience (preferred).
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Passion for self-improvement and staying current on marketing analytics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data storytelling skills using presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Omnichannel marketing analytics knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing analytics (preferred).
