What a Manager, Analytics Does:
Analyzes data from web, email, and media marketing channels to gain insights and recommend actions. Measures pharmaceutical digital and marketing campaigns, develops client-facing performance reports using data storytelling.
Collaborates with analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create measurement plans, reporting briefs, and performance reports. Serves as the analytics point of contact on projects, focusing on driving impact for client marketing investments.
Participates in measurement planning, KPI identification for assigned healthcare brands. Communicates project status to Directors and escalates concerns/opportunities.
Success Metrics: Client satisfaction, internal team satisfaction, and team billability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops easy-to-consume analytics outputs with actionable insights.
- Creates performance highlight reports and deep dives.
- Contributes to strategic KPI-based measurement plans.
- Understands ACTICS (EVERSANA's proprietary data platform) and its role in data & analytics deliverables.
- Understands client business context, goals, and how marketing activities support these goals.
- Develops relationships with subject matter experts and client team members.
- Ensures deliverables are on time, accurate, and compelling.
- Proactively manages internal and client expectations regarding timelines.
- Guides assigned analysts.
- Prioritizes and manages team deliverables independently.
- Demonstrates commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Completes other assigned duties.
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an Analytics role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or marketing agency environment.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Passion for self-learning and staying updated on marketing analytics trends.
- Self-directed, organized, and strong project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage small teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, interpretation, translation, and data storytelling skills using presentation tools (PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Knowledge of omnichannel/multichannel marketing analytics.
- Understanding of data analysis justifying insights for client brands.
- 2+ years in a Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics role (preferred).
Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 (USD) - Base salary, location-dependent.
