Job Description: We seek a Manager, Data Governance & BI to lead data governance and cross-functional BI product delivery. This is a player-coach role. You will manage a team, blending strategic data governance with high-impact data product ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of BI Developers and Data Analysts.
- Define and operationalize enterprise-wide governance practices.
- Deliver standardized self-service data products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cross-domain definitions.
- Enable self-service analytics through governed products.
- Partner with engineering to build scalable data models.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years BI, data governance, or analytics experience, including 3+ years people management.
- Strong experience building governed, reusable data products.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Deep understanding of SQL.
- Experience with GTM and/or CX analytics (Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with Hub-and-Spoke BI models.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with relevant post-graduate experience.
