Full-Time Manager, GTM FP&A

We are looking for a Manager to join our global FP&A team.

What you will do:

• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive revenue strategy and decision-making.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual revenue reporting processes.
• Own internal messaging on revenue performance and standardize reporting hierarchies.
• Develop and expand the revenue forecasting model.
• Manage the rollout of revenue forecasting within a tool.
• Deepen understanding of membership forecasting dynamics and evolve the membership revenue forecasting model.
• Partner with Finance Systems teams to create tools and reports for streamlined forecasting, accurate reporting, and better insight.
• Partner with revenue accounting to ensure GAAP compliance.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience; FP&A experience a plus.
• 3+ years building or operating a revenue FP&A function.
• Forecasting experience in complex consumer goods businesses.
• Ability to operate strategically and be hands-on.
• Experience managing and motivating employees.
• Experience influencing executive decisions and presenting to various levels.
• Financial experience including US GAAP knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Desire for an innovative and entrepreneurial environment.
