Full-Time Manual QA Engineer (Web)

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Web). You will work with a mature QA process, established tools, and a strong team. You will have space to grow and deepen your expertise in relational and document-oriented databases, REST APIs, proxy tools, and analytics. You'll test marketing logic, support A/B experiments, and influence product quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual testing of internal web products using API tools and databases.
2. Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing for web functionalities.
3. Create test documentation (test cases, bug reports, checklists).
4. Participate in SCRUM processes and the full software development lifecycle.
5. Support and execute A/B testing initiatives.
6. Work with internal products (admin panels).
7. Investigate bugs and analyze root causes.
8. Build test reports to communicate findings and quality trends.
9. Improve testing speed and quality.
10. Perform functional testing of new features.
11. Test responsive web designs and native mobile applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of commercial web testing experience.
• Jira, Confluence, and test management system experience.
• DevTools experience for testing and debugging.
• Relational or document-oriented database experience (querying, editing, deleting data).
• Proxy debugging tools experience (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler).
• Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API testing proficiency.
• SCRUM and SDLC understanding.
• Analytical skills and requirement analysis experience.
• A/B testing methodologies experience.
• Responsive website and native mobile app testing experience.
• Intermediate/higher level English.
• Attention to detail and a critical mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and learning agility.
• Effective prioritization and independent work ability.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach.
