Do you have a passion for high-quality user experience? Our QA Specialist learns quickly, understands user priorities, communicates effectively, and collaborates with developers, project managers, and designers.
We actively sponsor visa applications for qualified candidates immigrating to Montreal.
As a Manual QA, you will:
- Create testing plans with project teams
- Document test procedures
- Create and prioritize bug reports with clear steps
- Use testing tools to ensure website and application accessibility/responsiveness
- Facilitate UAT processes and issue triage
- Work closely with developers and designers
- Coordinate with project managers for client success
- Stay updated with industry best practices
- Participate in improving our QA practice
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of web QA experience, focusing on frontend, UI/UX, and website testing
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Experience testing consent management and CMS-based websites
- Testing tools for browser/device compliance
- Usability best practices, manual/automated accessibility audits
- Teamwork and standardized development workflow
- Project management tools (Redmine or Jira)
- Strong English communication skills
- Multiple client project management in fast-paced environments
- Bonus: Experience with Drupal/WordPress, agency experience, programming/design, SEO audits, Google Analytics setup/troubleshooting, strong French communication
