Full-Time Manual Test Engineer

Your role will give you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-site team. As a member of the team, you will be a key player in the digitalization process of painting/drying equipment analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Test documentation: Define, plan, design, and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Manual testing: Execute manual tests across multiple platforms to validate product quality.
• Defect management: Identify, analyze, and document defects, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams to define testing goals and clarify requirements.
• UAT support: Provide testing support during UAT, assisting clients, and coordinating validation.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with project teams regarding testing status and risks.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing QA processes.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and testing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with manual and API testing (Postman or similar).
• Proficiency with test management and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.
• Good understanding of databases and basic front-end familiarity.
• Experience with version control (Git) and exposure to CI/CD, Docker, or virtualized environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator and team player, fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with contract testing, API mocking, or service virtualization.
• Exposure to performance or load testing concepts.
