The Details: At Emerald, no two days are the same. Typical day includes contributing to/owning market research studies (questionnaire design, fieldwork, synthesis, and reporting). Create straightforward, strategic, and actionable narratives. Develop visually compelling, executive-ready presentations. Stay on track with projects and deliverables. Become a trusted consultant focused on client success. Exceed expectations and innovate.
Who You Are:
- Research Guru: Experienced in qualitative or quantitative market research, utilizing new methodologies and tools (behavioral data, advanced analytics).
- Visual Storyteller: Understand the big picture beyond the numbers. Use data, visuals, and narratives (slides, web, documents) effectively.
- Driven Learner: Curious and actively seeking to improve results through hypotheses and new approaches.
- Team Player: Communicate and contribute effectively with all levels, work independently when needed, prioritize team and client success.
- Personally Accountable: Detail-oriented, efficient, master time management, work on multiple projects, know when to ask for help.

Requirements:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of market research, marketing, or consulting experience
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Q) and research tools (e.g., Decipher, SPSS Data Collection, Qualtrics)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
Position Details: Full-time, remote position reporting to the Senior Director.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (annual)
Work Hours: Pacific Time hours (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
