Full-Time Market Research Associate (Danish Speaking)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Recruitment: Ensure recruitment tasks for projects in Scandinavia and other QQFS markets are completed.
2. Recruiting Respondents: Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone, conduct cold calling.
3. Scheduling Interviews: Proactively plan and implement recruitment solutions.
4. Project Updates: Provide regular updates on project progress, results, and action plans to project management.
5. Reporting Concerns: Flag projects with recruitment issues to senior management.
6. Meeting Outsource Targets: Ensure that outsource targets for allocated markets are met.
7. Panel Building and Engagement: Meet monthly registration targets for Scandinavia and other QQFS markets.
8. Register Confirmation: Call new registrants to confirm and update email addresses.
9. Account Reactivation: Call users to reactivate their accounts.
10. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and handle inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and alternatives.
11. Project Issue Resolution: Work with project management to resolve project-specific issues.
12. Respondent Inquiry Handling: Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy.
13. Communication Procedures: Assist with updating communication procedures and guidelines.
14. Panel Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with panel members through professional communication.
15. Support to M3 Members: Provide high-quality support via telephone and email/support tickets.
16. Team Collaboration: Work with other panel team members, resolving issues.
17. Fraud Respondent Investigation: Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on M3 data quality procedures.
18. Member Verification: Complete verification process for new members.
19. Link Testing: Complete link testing for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Fluency in Danish and other QQFS languages (French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch).
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, social media, emails and tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions, respond effectively and accurately.
