Growe seeks a talented Marketing Analyst to define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing and CRM analytics, aligning them with business goals for efficient decision-making.
Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis, providing actionable insights presented in an easy-to-understand format.
Collaborate across Marketing, Finance, and Product to provide regular updates on marketing channel effectiveness impacting the acquisition pipeline. Maintain data integrity from various sources, challenging and improving data flows for enhanced accuracy and reliability.
Develop user-friendly Tableau dashboards to monitor key Marketing and CRM KPIs (both existing and new).
Recommend innovative ideas to optimize marketing performance and efficiency.
Lead automated reporting for timely, accurate information delivery.
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of analytical experience, preferably in B2C marketing analytics.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution mechanisms.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools.
- Solid statistical knowledge and experience using statistics for complex data analysis.
- At least Intermediate level of English.
- Familiarity with GIT and Airflow (a plus).
- Experience with Python libraries (a plus).
