Full-Time Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the performance of marketing channels and campaigns (Brand awareness, digital, CRM, SMM, events, etc.).
• Build funnels and calculate key metrics such as LTV, ROI, ROMI.
• Support the marketing team with data-driven insights and decision-making.
• Design and automate dashboards and regular reporting.
• Work with BI tools and data sources (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms, internal databases).
• Collaborate closely with product and finance analysts, and the data engineering team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and marketing roadmaps using data insights.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 1–2 years in marketing or product analytics.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CAC, LTV, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data modeling.
• Strong communication skills — ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of independence, ownership, and critical thinking.
