As a Marketing Data Analyst, you'll generate insights into our players and acquisition campaigns, leading to strategic recommendations and operational optimizations that drive cost-efficient acquisition of high-valued customers.
- Insights & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating them into strategic recommendations and operational optimizations.
- Business Needs to Analytical Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions and hypotheses into structured analysis, defining key metrics to track success.
- Reporting: Develop, operationalize, and maintain dashboards & automated reports to visualize key performance indicators for senior management and aid operational decision-making for marketing teams.
- Experimentation: Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses, using deep dives and segmentations to further guide the UA roadmap.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, establishing best practices where a single source of truth is lacking.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the mobile advertising space (networks, bidding systems, algorithms)
- Fluency with key funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, LTV)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Tableau and Python (a plus)
- Strong analytical skills backed by statistical fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving acumen and ability to tackle ambiguity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
