Full-Time Marketing Manager Social Media France

As the French Social Media, Influencer and PR Manager with Cricut, your focus is to aggressively grow Cricut’s awareness in France. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager Europe and will work closely with the wider Consumer Marketing team, the French team, a local PR agency, a local Influencer agency and a creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media: Cricut in France is already active on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. You will build a 3-month rolling calendar for these social media channels with user generated content, influencer content and Cricut-created content, and follow strategic guidelines. Upload content to our channels and adjust content asset templates. Coordinate the local agency for sourcing and shooting content. Provide the paid digital team with top performing local content to boost. As a result of those activities, we want you to grow the social platforms and increase awareness as well as to retain / educate the current follower base. Supervise the monthly and quarterly reports and look for ways to optimize the performance for the next quarter.
2. Influencer Marketing: Adapt and implement a comprehensive influencer social media strategy in alignment with the international influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and local market’s goals. Manage the local influencer agency to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and consideration to buy at Cricut. Track ROI and other relevant KPIs with the help of our Influencer management software Klear + local agency.
3. Public Relations: Manage our local PR agency to implement strategic PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand perception. Help coordinating onboarding, training sessions, samples shipments, etc. Review media alerts and similar comms sent out to journalists.
